Here at "Lanna Charm" we are totally committed to producing beautiful, handcrafted fashion accessories, including handbags, shoulder bags, totes and purses, all handmade from genuine handwoven silk, cotton, hemp and straw materials.
Our home base is Chiang Rai, in the far north of Thailand, an area famous for it's handwoven silk, cotton and hemp fabrics. Which is why we specialize in creating products using only handmade materials. We have local people weaving our fabrics to a certain size, depending on the bag we are using it for. Once they know the dimensions, colors and general design required, we let them loose, each lady having her own particular style of weaving. This is why our bags are unique, and we want to keep it that way.
We would like to invite anyone who shares our interest in handcrafted bags, of any description, to contribute to our wiki. Feel free to show off your own creations.
